A biochemist army man, an expert on biological weapons,
He was given LSD without his consent, a suspect and lethal experiment.

A doctor assigned to watch him
He said he slept in another bed in the hotel ..

When he fell thirteen floors died on the spot,
His death was described as a suicide,
Produced by a severe psychotic episode.

The internal investigation concluded,
The experiment was carried out,
With the consent of their victims,
They ignored until 20 minutes after taking it.
